Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Returns should be sent to: P.O. Box 4186, Victoria, Texas, 77903-4186.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label (the cost will be deducted from your refund) along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and, once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any restocking fee and return shipping cost. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
